Title Sponsor $2,000+ - Top Billing for ONE Event)
- Cable Television: Sponsor will be announced during television commercial advertisements promoting the event and the business logo will be displayed at the end of the commercial.
- Radio: Sponsor will be featured during radio advertisements a minimum of twice per day for two weeks leading up to the sponsored concert date. The sponsor can elect to have a representative participate in live radio promotions prior to the sponsored concert date.
- Banner Ads: Sponsor name and/or logo will be prominently displayed at the top of the event banner that hangs in front of the main performance stage during the specific concert being sponsored.
- Promotional Pieces: Sponsor name and/or logo will be displayed and printed on all promotional materials next to the specific concert being sponsored, including community posters to be posted at Cedar Falls businesses.
- Named as “Band Sponsor” in program and newspaper advertising
- Concert Recognition: Sponsor will be invited to the stage during the sponsored concert to be recognized as a significant contributor of the event.
- Website Promotion: Sponsor name, logo and optional bio will be displayed prominently on www.liveto9.com, www.cedarfallsjaycees.org, www.cedarbasinjazz.org and www.facebook.com.
- Optional Display Table: Sponsor will have the option to host a display table at the event. Giveaways must be approved by the Live to 9 staff, and will be restricted to those products that will not compete with vendor products. Sponsor must provide their own table, chairs, tents, staff and other display materials.
Rock Star $500 per show ($3,000 for all six events*)
- Cable Television: Sponsor will be included in weekly television commercial advertisements promoting the event.
- Radio: Sponsor will be recognized during radio advertisements for two weeks leading up to the sponsored date.
- Banner Ads: Sponsor name or logo will be displayed on the event banner that will be displayed near the main performance stage during the specific concert being sponsored.
- Promotional Pieces: Sponsor name or logo will be displayed at 75% size and printed on all promotional materials, including community posters to be posted at Cedar Falls businesses.
- Concert Recognition: PA announcements throughout the evening to recognize event sponsors as a contributor to the event.
- Website Promotion: Sponsor name, logo and optional bio will be displayed at 75% size on www.liveto9.com, www.cedarfallsjaycees.org, www.cedarbasinjazz.org and www.facebook.com.
Karaoke Singer $250 per show ($1,500 for all six events*)
- Radio: Sponsor will be recognized during radio advertisements for two weeks leading up to the sponsored date.
- Banner Ads: Sponsor name or logo will be displayed on the event banner that will be displayed near the main performance stage during the specific concert being sponsored.
- Promotional Pieces: Sponsor name or logo will be displayed at 50% size and printed on all promotional materials, including community posters to be posted at Cedar Falls businesses.
- Concert Recognition: PA announcements throughout the evening to recognize event sponsors as a contributor to the event.
- Website Promotion: Sponsor name, logo and optional bio will be displayed at 50% size on www.liveto9.com, www.cedarfallsjaycees.org, www.cedarbasinjazz.org and www.facebook.com.
